Our Estimate Process Small to Medium Sized Projects Smaller to medium sized charlotte area remodeling or home improvement estimates such as window replacement, siding, decks, fences and gutters are usually pretty straightforward; as are smaller bathroom & kitchen remodeling estimates that do not involve major renovations or permitting from other trades such as electrical, plumbing and hvac or require the need for a designer/architect or engineer. Generally for this type of inquiry we only require that you go to our Estimate Request page on this site and complete the form giving as much information about your project as possible. This will only assist us in helping you better, isn't that what you're contacting us for anyway?. Please consider us and be realistic when it comes to Estimates and only have us come out if you're serious about embarking on a project. We highly recommend before beginning the process to undergo any major renovation to your home that you fully understand a project that extends several weeks to several months can be a huge inconvenience to you and your family.
